When can I make a purchase?

Additional purchase is available as long as the device is within the original 2-year warranty period and operating normally. It cannot be purchased if it exceeds 2 years.

Can refurbished phones be purchased?

Yes. Officially certified refurbished devices enjoy the same purchase eligibility and guaranteed rights and interests.

Can the free home service be used within the first 2 years?

No. The free on-site service benefit can only be used during the 25th–36th months (3-year version) or the 25th–48th months (4-year version); the first 2 years are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty policy.

Are the rights and interests still valid after moving?

It is valid. As long as the relocation address is within the US mainland, simply contact customer service to update the service address.

Does it cover accidental damage (such as screen breakage)?

No. This plan continues the original manufacturer's warranty standard and does not cover damage caused by human accidents or commercial use.

Can Care be transferred together after the machine is transferred?

No. The Care Plan is bound to the original purchaser's account and device SN code and cannot be transferred with second-hand transactions.

How long is the validity period of the Wellness+ membership redemption code?

The redemption code is valid for 12 months. Please activate it as soon as possible after receiving the email.

Why is the 4-year version recommended?

The 4-year plan offers longer coverage, better cost-effectiveness (only $50 more), and only one protection plan can be purchased for the same device. After purchasing the 3-year plan, you cannot buy the 4-year plan. It is recommended to choose the 4-year plan directly.
